The remarkable journey of Adibah Azhari, affectionately referred to as Kak Dib, and her husband, Maizahar Azri Masri, also known as Bro M, shines as a beacon of inspiration. Their achievement of becoming the 58th RCCA at BE International is a testament to their unwavering determination and fortitude.
Despite embarking on this venture later in life as a family project during the COVID-19 pandemic, this devoted couple, who have been blessed with three children, dared to step into an unfamiliar realm to pursue a long-delayed dream. Adibah remarked:
"For us, the success we are celebrating today is more than just the realisation of a dream; it signifies a greater mission and responsibility to which we are committed."
It's Never Too Late To Succeed
This duo met while studying in Australia. Adibah, who has a background in microbiology, worked as a researcher before starting her own family. Her husband, on the other hand, holds dual degrees in commerce and law and forged a distinguished career as a chartered accountant with several multinational corporations (MNCs). After dedicating over 30 years to his profession, he decided on early retirement to focus entirely on their business venture, enjoying the much-coveted freedom of time.
"After we got married, we lived in several countries, including Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia, due to my husband's work duties. However, fate had other plans. More than 20 years later, with all our children now at university, I returned to pursue my long-held dream of becoming an entrepreneur, achieving the title of RCCA at the age of 53," — Adibah
For Adibah, success at BE is within reach for everyone, regardless of their background or status. She firmly believes that with dedication and hard work, anyone can achieve their dreams, as age is no barrier.
"What we like most about BE is that we can start at any level. We don't need to be good to start BE; we just do it until we become good, whilst adhering to the BE System Education and the guidance from our uplines," — Adibah
Greater Missions and Responsibilities
What began as an effort to tackle her health issues — such as a slipped disc, knee pain, and ligament injuries — by wearing AULORA Pants with KODENSHI® blossomed into a remarkable opportunity. "It felt like being reborn; I've finally recovered, and my health was restored," she said. With this newfound vitality, she eagerly shared her journey with family and friends. Though she initially felt hesitant and unsure about the process, the guidance and support from her upline and the BE System Education empowered her to make a significant impact in a short time. "There's no need to be afraid or shy, as we genuinely share our experiences and knowledge to help others become healthy and successful," she added.
Recognising the significant responsibility bestowed upon them, the couple embraced their roles with dedication. They explained their motivation, stating:
"In Islam, engaging in business is viewed as a noble pursuit. It is not only seen as an act of mindful practice but also follows the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Moreover, we feel we must spread goodness throughout society. When we acquire beneficial knowledge, we must share it. Thus, BE can be regarded as a source of reward, as 'the best of humans are those who are most beneficial to others' (Narrated by Imam Ahmad)." — Adibah
"Imagine the blessings we receive when we help others achieve better health and, more importantly, enable them to continue performing their prayers as usual, while also enhancing their quality of life and financial stability," — Adibah
Achieving Success Together
The uniqueness of BE lies in its flexibility.
"In a typical job, we only gain financial freedom. However, at BE, we not only enjoy that freedom but also have the freedom of time, allowing us to lead a more meaningful life. The culture at BE is highly positive and supports everyone in becoming the best version of themselves to achieve their dreams. Of course, all of this would be meaningless if we were not healthy. We are grateful and happy in this business because we work in a healthy atmosphere and can devote ourselves to helping many others achieve health and success," — Maizahar
Echoing the wisdom imparted by BE Founders, Ir. Lee Suet Sen and Mrs. Ho Huey Chuin, they emphasise the importance of staying humble, embodying the philosophy that "the more one achieves, the more one should bow in humility", as well as reinforcing the culture of "giving back" that is firmly rooted in their values.
"True success is shared success. Together with our sister RCCA Munirah Azma and Nazran, we achieved the rank of RCCA in the same month, followed by RCCA Nurhasnah Mazalan and Mohd Rinaldi Hamdi, who also attained the same rank. Our downlines include individuals from diverse backgrounds, including over a thousand professionals from the medical field, who have successfully built networks. Many others are also earning respectable car fund and house fund. Last year, I, along with 25 downlines from our network, were fortunate to perform Hajj with a premium package; it was full of blessings. Performing Hajj is a special opportunity for those who can afford it in terms of health, finances, and time. We are very grateful; the good income from BE also allows us to pay income taxes and zakat, contributing to the development of the community and the country," — Adibah & Maizahar
Their decision to step out of their comfort zone and embrace the challenges at BE was not easy, with many hurdles to overcome.
"However, we must have faith that success will come. The key is to dare to dream boldly with sincere intentions, believe in the System, and strive to seize the golden opportunity at BE International," — Adibah & Maizahar
