RCCA Miya has always been a sports enthusiast. During her teenage years, she was a national basketball player. She had a dream to play basketball professionally.
Unfortunately, her basketball journey ended due to an unforeseen family circumstance.
"After SPM, I had to leave Penang for KL to help my sister in her shop. By the time I moved back Penang and settled down, 8 years had passed," Miya recalled.
For over a decade, Miya was a busy homemaker, caring for their two daughters and the family. However, her love for sports didn't die and she continued to be active in sports. In addition, she developed a new hobby - baking.
"I became so good at baking biscuits, cakes and even mooncakes that I made some income selling them. Several years ago, I thought of opening a bakery since my daughters had already grown up. I thought about this long and hard because starting a business requires a huge capital and it'll take years to recoup the capital. During that time, I came across BE."
Miya takes good care of her health, especially when it concerns her legs. "Legs are important because only with healthy legs can we continue to play sports. When I learned about Aulora Pants and BE, I was amazed that the business needed only RM60 to start. This business revolves around good health and helping people."
Miya continued, "Since I would need a huge capital to start a bakery, why not give myself a chance to start the BE business with RM60? In any case, I was investing in healthcare for myself too!"
Miya's confidence in the product and BE got a boost when her sports-loving friends experienced improved health (especially on their legs). But she never thought she would get so much more than she ever imagined through the BE career.
"I remember when I attended my first BAS three years ago, I was asked to write down my dreams. At that time, I was 52 and I had no idea what I wanted to achieve. I struggled for over 15 minutes. After some time, I wrote, 'I want to trade my small car for a luxury car, and I want a new house of my own.' Guess how long she took to realise her dreams? 2.5 years! On top of that, I am able to finance my youngest daughter's overseas studies!"
Besides the good income, Miya has transformed from a timid housewife into a confident leader and sharer who can eloquently share with strangers or in front of a large crowd.
Miya's success stems from her belief - her belief in the products, her belief in BE, her belief in her uplines, and her belief in herself.
"When you believe, you will have everything you need to persevere," Miya concluded.
