RCCA Siti Suzilah Faharuddin

Quote: "Success Demands Continuous Action"

Profile:

Name: RCCA Siti Suzilah Faharuddin & Roselee Shah Shaharudin

Role: Former Manager / Housewife & Financial Officer

Intro: Through consistent sharing of BE International's products and marketing plans, RCCA Siti Suzilah Faharuddin, endearingly known as 'Kak Gee', along with her husband, Roselee Shah Shaharudin, has become increasingly recognised the potential for personal growth and the opportunity to help others who seek for a transformative change in their lives. In each of their pursuits, they assert that the primary challenge lies in the ability to act with consistent and sustained dedication. They believe this achievement is attainable by some, as it requires persistent enthusiasm and proactive action.

New Direction of Life Graduated with a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning from the University of Queensland, Australia and an MBA from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam, Kak Gee has accumulated nearly two decades of experience in the corporate sector, international institutions and statutory bodies. Her last position was as a manager before concluding her service in 2015. Meanwhile, her spouse possesses a Doctor of Philosophy degree, wields extensive experience in the banking sector, and currently works in the financial industry.

Choosing to leave her career to become a homemaker, Kak Gee dedicates herself entirely to focusing on her family. However, her life underwent a significant transformation after being introduced to AULORA Pants with KODENSHI® by an old acquaintance. The consistent use of AULORA Pants has significantly helped alleviate the slipped disc problem she has been experiencing since 2013.

With guidance from their uplines and insights acquired from BE International, the perspectives and lives of their family were significantly transformed. They became increasingly convinced that BE is the best platform to realise their dreams of providing their children with the best educational opportunities.

The Real Challenge is Within Ourselves After five years with BE International, becoming an RCCA is a significant milestone for them. How can it be called a struggle if it doesn't come with various challenges?

For them, one of the critical challenges to identify is the challenges that can impact their efforts. "The primary obstacle is ourselves, and it is crucial to ZERORISE and change our mindset," they stated. They further added, "The zerorise process isn't instantaneous and occurs overnight or in just a day or two. It is vital to cultivate a mindset that is both diligent and patient. Anyone aspiring to succeed in BE should seize the opportunity immediately, take action, and embrace change. Ultimately, only we can alter our fate, not others."

"That's why, when we want an opportunity that gives good results in BE, all we need to do is follow upline advice, attend classes, gain knowledge, and attend every sharing session. Don't be lazy, and always remain patient and think positively. It might not be easy, but it's certainly achievable if we are clear about our goals," they said.

BE is More Than Just Business Profits The BE System has proven to shape the minds and characters of many of its members towards success. The BE System Education is comprehensive, focusing not only on marketing or business aspects.

A message often reiterated by BE Founders Ir. Lee Suet Sen and Ms. Ho Huey Chuin is the principle of 'BE built you to build others', a sentiment that resonates deeply with them. "Our goal is to empower more people to achieve what we have and to ensure that others can also succeed like us," they added.

"Now is the time to contribute back to the BE System that has helped us achieve our success today, and now is also the time to change the lives of others, just as BE has changed ours," they commented.

Advice & Call to Action: "Even though we have succeeded, the desire to improve further always remains. This feeling constantly motivates us to upgrade ourselves continually. Besides, there are still many out there who need our help."

Who would have thought the decision to leave a nearly 20-year career would open the door to broader and more meaningful opportunities at BE International.
